YAROTOWS: Kstudio: crash at DIB_BPP_ColorFill

Bug happens in trunk since YAROTOWS mergeback, in YAROTOWS branch it has been regtested to revision: 48359. Bug is happening in ReactOS set to 16 and 32bpp of color depth, crashing in DIB_16BPP_ColorFill and DIB_32BPP_ColorFill accordingly. The crash occurs when app is supposed to draw a diagram for element activated (instantiated) by user.

To replicate the bug, you need KSStudio application, which is the part of WDK (located at WDKPath\tools\avstream\x86\KsStudio.exe). Start the application, open
KS Studio Test Filter list at the left side, select PCM Sine Tone Source and press Right Mouse button on it. From the context menu pick Instantiate and ReactOS will crash.
