icon labels aren't shown when background color is set to white

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=6290)
      Not shadowed font

      r51552 VBOX
      1)Right click on Desktop->Properties->Desktop->Color... Set it to White
      2)Letters in shortcut will "dissappear" because they are not shadowed.
