    Description

      If you press [ALT] and press [UP], you'll notice it moves the menu items
      leftwards instead of expanding it. The [ALT] key doesn't even select the menu,
      even with [ALT-F], [ALT-E], and so on. The [ALT-SPACE] and [ALT-HYPHEN] key
      combinations don't work. The [ALT-SPACE] key combination is supposed to pop up
      the window operations menu. The [ALT-HYPHEN] key combination is supposed to pop
      up the window operations menu for the current active MDI client window.
