Notepad++: Saving files would result in error

Debug log when trying to save new file

Notepad++ installs and runs, but there are some bugs:
1) Run Notepad++, write some text and try to save it as 'something.txt' on desktop and it will result saying: 'Please check whatever if this file is opened in another program'.
2) Open some text file with Notepad++, Search, Replace. Search for something you know there is in a text and try replace it with something using Replace dialog, nothing will happen.
3) After installing Notepad++ right click context menu is poping out only on files.
