Notepad fails to open large files

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7508)
      r56137 debug log

      Try to open C:\freeldr.ini with ROS Notepad and graphical glitches will appear. No visible text. Seems like it happens because of large file. To make sure open come file with 500 lines and Notepad will show no text.
      Does not happen in Windows using ROS Notepad.
