    Description

      Here's an "I'm working on this" bug

      Key points:

      • Internal structures used by range lists are wrong
      • Some features aren't implemented
      • Shouldn't be exported from ntdll
      • Mostly missing in NDK
      • Completely missing tests

      Working on tests first, then improving the implementation.
