PATCH: oldnames msvc amd64 fix

When msvc amd64 compiler tries to link oldnames.lib(importlibs), it gives an confliction error.
To solve this, now it will create oldnames.lib for amd64 and link it.
But it has to create library to importlibs directory otherwise it doesn't recognize where oldnames.lib is.
That's why, oldnames.lib which is given in source is necessary by using this.
Patch is included.
