win32k: Foxitreader2: is not redrawing the background in toolbars

    Description

      Noticed a small regression in Foxit Reader. Tested Foxit Reader V2.1 (Buld 2023) from the goldenapps on ReactOS r56649 under Virtualbox 3.2.8. The background in the toolbars no longer paint or repaint, leaving pieces of images of whatever was there last behind.

      It looks like it had a similar problem a long time ago, but this has been working for a while.

      Regression testing reveals:
      r56235 - works
      r56236 - fails
