Created an attachment (id=7802)
Patch
Add 'FailureActions' registry value to few services: Rpcss, Spooler and Themes. The default values are taken from a clean installation of Windows Server 2003 SP2.
These values, although they are not yet used in ReactOS, will be useful to perform future API tests I'm preparing (tests for Query/ChangeServiceConfig2).
