      Removes unusual symbols from source code

      I have noticed in the source code for the NDIS driver strange symbols which appears to be the letters, "FF" inside of a beveled box. This is seen in Notepad++ 6.1.4, but in the classic Notepad, the symbol appears as an Ankh symbol instead.

      Since there is no change in functionality, this would be classified as a small cleanup.
