kernel32: CreateFileMappingW creates a file filled with random bytes instead of zeroes

During comparative debugging of Devicetree application, i noticed that call to CreateFileMappingW yields different results on ReactOS than on Windows 2003. On 2k3 the resulting file is filled with zeroes, but on ReactOS - its being done with seemingly random bytes. Attaching the file which is a result of the afforementioned call.
