Deadlock with Dreamweaver 3

I downloaded Macromedia DreamWeaver 3.0 trial:

Installation fine, after install you can double click the Dreamweaver 3.0 icon, then appear a welcome screen with 3 buttons asking you to "Buy Now" the software, "Try" it for 30 days or "Cancel".

If you press the "Try" button the expected behavior is the main window with other controls, in ReactOS doesn't work, and after a LONG TIME the debug log show this:

It shows clearly that the app fails loading a TTY file with NTSTATUS c0000194 = STATUS_POSSIBLE_DEADLOCK
