Description
This is the main update of Romanian resources, with changes amassed for more than a year. This round consists only in changes for the RC files (with the exception of usetup of course, which uses C headers instead). Among them there are several new additions like "hostname", "taskkill", "wmic", "wlanconf", "lsasrv", "samsrv", and partial translation for "getuname" (I'll leave the rest of this one for later or for the next brave soul).
As this update depends on quite a number of files, it may be very likely invalidated by new revisions - I'll do my best to keep up a good updated version if that happens, but I would be glad if I won't have to (at least not for long). Please report any issues that may occur.
The (first) patch applies to r61645.
