    Description

      An assertion failure (LdrEntry->LoadCount != 0) is hit while booting the latest (r62030) LiveCD in ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/sysldr.c, line 913.
      I have discovered through debugging that the LdrEntry->LoadCount variable is set to 0 in ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/sysldr.c, line 1900 (MiBuildImportsForBootDrivers).
