Steam doesn't show up

Steam does not Crash, nether does ReactOS. Steam just doesnt create a window or a tray-icon.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Steam in ReactOS
• copy Steam from a Machine it was already installed and up-to-date.
• Start Steam

You will see a lot of the appended Messages.
