Minimized windows are shown on desktop

When staring a program and then maximizing then minimizing the window, it
sometimes (this stops after some minimizing / maximizing / restoring / switching
to other window) still shows on the desktop (bottom left above the startbar.
Tested with livecd. This dowsn't happen with explorer as shell in windows xp.
