Add filter regression

I think this filter is useful for tracking and correcting possible regression. Ideally it should give an empty result. I propose this filter:

project = CORE AND issuetype = Bug AND labels = REGRESSION AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY createdDate DESC

What do you say?
