notepad.exe column and line number pretty bugged, when moving with arrows keys

When moving in c:\python23\lib\test\test_array.py, using keys (left arraw, right arraw, up arraw, down arraw, page down, and page up) line and column number indicated in bottom status bar are false.

Page down can set column number to 60693, when there are probably no more than 80 columns.

Key up can increase line number.
Left arraw, right arraw, up arraw, down arraw usually update numbers one key late.
