symptom: gecko is not installed anymore when selected during second stage setup

reactos-bootcd-0.4.10-dev-501-g20d4b2c-x86-gcc-lin-dbg         affected, does not start download and does not install Gecko, install-window suddenly disappeared and "Completing the ReactOS Setup Wizard" dialog did not take over, hangs afterwards with desktop background and does not reboot (for more than 5minutes)
