After using the shortcuts (Shift+Del) in explorer the system continues to see them pressed, even if they are released.

    Description

      To see this bug:
      1) Open Explorer.
      2) Delete the file or folder using Shift+Del. (You can answer the question about the removal of - No. That does not change.)
      3) Do not close the Explorer window, rename any file or folder. In the renaming process, you'll notice that are always entered in uppercase letters. As if the Shift key was pressed. The problem is solved by pressing the Shift key again.

      P.S. Perhaps the problem exists for other "hot keys" in Explorer, which displays the dialog box.
