Empty file properties page on non existing file
Right click on an exe file.
In the file properties page, change file name, hit apply
Explorer still display old file name
You can then try to execute it (ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND) or even re-open properties, which successfully opens an empty file properties page on a non-existing file !
