Volume Control lacks features

    Description

      I cannot fully describe it as a potential bug or just a forgotten task which needs to be further done by developers therefore I currently mark this issue as "Task".

      The Volume Control window apparently lacks of crucial features as it is just a blank window. The test has been done under the ROS version as follows:

      Test version: ReactOS 0.5-SVN
      Revision trunk: 73505
      Potential version candiate (same issue): ReactOS 0.4.3 - Current release
