    Description

When testing the build on real hardware after booting a LiveCD in RAM with Debug mode to screen, having a USB device plugged in at boot causes a Assertion Failure.

Hardware: AMD Geode NX-1500 CPU @ 1.0Ghz, 512MB of DDR RAM, 1GB Flash NAND, SiS Chipset.

      The exact error message is:
      Assertion Failed: (Value & OHCI_RH_PORTSTATUS_PES)
      Source File: ../../drivers/usb/usbohci/hardware.cpp, line 1117

Boot Medium: USB Flash Drive. Booting from a USB Optical Drive causes this bug as well.

Is it reproducible: Yes. If I don't eject the USB after the bootloader is finished loading the RAMDisk it will crash here, but if I eject the USB just as ReactOS starts it will continue into the LiveCD "Installing Devices" phase.
