Start Menu Bug with using themes from windows XP in Russian translation and Bugfix instruction

    Description

      The problem is squares instead of letters in Russian translation.
      Decision:
      You need to remove or move the LibreFranklin font files, then the themes start working correctly. In LibreFranklin fonts there are no Cyrillic characters.
      And also problem with DejaVuMathTeXGyre font in Luna theme.
