BSOD when trying to run Lingvo 12

Before every attempt was made to reinstall the ROS

first tried to install from CD
during startup, the installer appeared error (Lingvo_inst_first_err.JPG)

while copying files, there was error (Err_while_copy_files.JPG)
attempt unsuccessful (nothing copied)

Attempt 2 (dbg_try_inst_from_hdd_full.log)
copied the installer to the disk, error Lingvo_inst_first_err.JPG disappeared
installation Full
this time the installation went without errors, but none which is not copied (installation interrupted)
the attempt failed

copied the installer to the disk

set only marked components (Custom_inst_lingvo.JPG)
this time the installation was successful
