#if 0'ed cases in winspool_apitest, GetPrinterData

    Description

      For testing, I have #if 0'ed a lot of valid cases in winspool_apitest, GetPrinterData and accidentally committed the #if 0'ed block too.
      As either they or the Printing Stack currently crashes when running them under ReactOS, I leave them #if 0'ed for now and track this here. They shouldn't be enabled before CORE-13458 is fixed anyway.
