kbswitch 's key combination does not work reliably

    Description

      kbswitch's key combination does not work reliably. The kbswitch very often misses keystrokes and does not switch the input language. It works correctly only in 30% of attempts to change the input language from the keyboard

      I have not found any other bug-report directly devoted to this problem.

      ReactOS is long time affected by this issue (and for instance r75913 is affected too). This issue is really annoying for all non-English users.
