Animated cursors (*.ani) are not supported

    Description

      I cannot preview animated cursors in mouse settings window, it just shows empty icon.

      It should show the first frame (icon) of animated cursor in the cursors list, and animate it in the preview field.

      Noticed this in debug log:

      fixme:(../win32ss/user/user32/windows/cursoricon.c:1357) CURSORICON_LoadFromFileW is UNIMPLEMENTED!

      Attached some .ani cursors for tests.
