Enviroment Variables Control Panel cpl

Hi,

i have become with the :

and have see the :

and it is extra wrote the "System Rapid environment Editor"
for windows, so why not this directly make available for Admins and
the Users like "regedit" a Windows with 2 Tabbed-departments ,
once for Admins (System wide with filter for "non Standart"/"Standart(Factoryvariables)" (Systemwirde Seted Up variables[set +/-] for good for variables)
the 2nd for the User Environment

{Standard(Factory variables)/(Extra/Spezial Variables) (User seted up Variables)(User Space-saved variables over the boot (+/- Variables [set saved]for good [set +/-]) }

a better version of the one small windowed windows environment variables and makes Admins more possible to work with it, as an own cpl-applet with more
Possibility's for Admins and Users. Therewith it is possible better to understand what be variables and for what be variables and the Starter of User from Windows be able to learn something about. Also a help file for it would be really nice to have about something and about variables and set , also maybe as start for write bat/cmd-files.

by the way, would be maybe not bad to have a system-starter (with a windowed manager for admins and users) for bat/cmd files at the start, maybe to start cmd/bat at start silence in the background (like ut99 servers behind starts or other) for give the users and admins the possibility to write short's scripts for system starts or userlogins/userlogins

and a editor like Mike Lin's Startup would maybe also not bad.
