Font/Text Rotation Angles Too Small

    Description

      After commit https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/61475b9 the font lfEscapement values became much less that they should be. Compare the results seen in CORE-11848. This appears to be the results of changing the trig calculation from radians to degrees. The attached patch corrects this for me. Thanks.
