Sometimes it is not possible to bring rapps into Foreground by left-clicking its taskbar pane

Reproduction steps

• start rapps
• download and install Firefox 28 via rapps
• make the browser start from within the setup
• afterwards you will have a taskbar pane of rapps and one of Firefox, firefox is in the foreground, rapps is in the background

Expected result

• Left clicking the taskbar pane of rapps should bring it into foregrund

Observed result

• Left clicking will press/unpress the taskbar pane in alternating way, but will never bring rapps to foreground.
