Cannot Start Minecraft Launcher

When I start Minecraft Launcher, nothing happens. But after a little minute, I've got an error.

I'm using ReactOS BootCD version 20200504-0.4.15-dev-161-g8bd9450.GNU_8.4.0

The VirtualBox hardware:

• 1024 MB of Ram
• 1 CPU
• PIIX3 Chipset
• PS/2 Mouse
• VBoxVga graphics card
• 128 MB of graphics card RAM
• 3D acceleration
• IDE Disk and CD-Rom
• ICH AC97 sound driver
• Bridged Network
• COM1 port for debug
• USB 2.0 ( OHCI + EHCI ) Controller

How to repeat error:

1. Download the setup
2. Launch the setup
3. Click Next
4. Click Next
5. Click Install
6. Launch Minecraft Launcher
7. The wait a bit
8. You will recive an error popup
