      Automatic undue toggling of Time/date format during installation

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-511-g90456e5-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      When this screen pops up, the format is changing "by itself" looks like it comes fomr mouse over but not sure. To be investigated
