Built in virtio-net driver crashes system on booting with MSVC build

Steps to reproduce:
Build ReactOS with MSVC, enable virtio network adapter in VM software and then try to boot. You will get a BSoD. BSoD doesn't happen when using another network adapted, or when built with GCC. I have run a clean build and still experience the same issue

MSVC Build, revision e70df4c633ef7ba78c5e02ccb4948c7bfe4f9be2.
Confirmed happening inside of Virtualbox and Proxmox.

Attached is a windbg output, am yet to bisect guilty revision
