    Description

      Step 1 : Install SVN-r75013 on a new VM (format to FAT32 partition) Completes successfully, and r75013 runs fine.
      Step 2 : Upgrading from SVN-r75013 to reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-5539-g9385830-x86-gcc-lin-dbg 
       Systematic BSOD 0x7B during boot sequence
       If during the last step, it is selected to reformat the FAT32 partition rather than Upgrading, the problem does not occur.

      (not due to dirty FS etc...)
