Task Manager : Status bar "emptied" when right click on title bar

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-6316-g79e4efe-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      • Open Task Manager
      • Right click on Title bar
      • Status bar gets "empty"
      • Expected result : status bar unchanged
      • Cause : in base/applications/taskmgr/taskmgr.c, WM_ENTERMENULOOP triggers TaskManager_OnEnterMenuLoop when modal popup menu from title bar is called (forcing 1 empby zone Status bar) while this feature is only used to show tooltip of main menu (and TaskManager_OnMenuSelect is not called in this case).
