[TASKMGR] The data in the columns in process-tab has to be aligned to the right

taskmgr of XPSP3 aligns the data in the columns all to the right side (except the Processname column)
0.4.15-dev-6820-gb3194e3 ros taskmgr aligns all text to the left, which makes it a bit less friendly to the eye. Especially in the Memory columns

We should do the same as MS here for better user experience.
