Mouse events don't consider key modifiers MK_*

if you have a message handler for mouse messages (e.g. WM_?BUTTONDOWN), there are
no key modifiers considered (e.g. MK_SHIFT, MK_CTRL). So if they are necessary the
action is unreachable.
