    Description

      Tested in bootcd-36756-dbg.iso.

      Open service manager:

      Remote Procedure Call is disabled by default. Start Simple TCP/IP services, now if you right click on RPC you have stop/pause enabled even though the service is disabled and not started. ROS installer is not started and set to manual, right clicking on it you can start/stop and pause it (they are enabled).
