HWINFO32: it collects HW info but doesn't show it

    Description

      ReactOS r47760.
      Hardware info data in right panel is not shown. It appears
      in report, which can be made and as we see from screenshot (http://www.reactos.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=5134) data on the panel
      is updating(scrollbar decreases). But that data is not shown.
