Opera: in v9.64 Speed Dial doesn't work correctly

Created an attachment (id=5148)
After clicking on "Click to add webpage"

Tested 47656.
1)Install Opera 9.64
2)Open the SpeedDial page(it will be open by default)
3)Click in any of the SmallPreview/FastLaunch windows ("Click to create new webpage")in order to create a new FastLaunch.Another Window should be open asking you for the Web address
4)...But...No Window is opened...

Currently it is working on Arwinss.
