heap: FARManager1: v1.65 fails to start

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7659)
      debug log, r56517

      Tested on rev 56517 with FAR Manager 1.65 (explicitly). It installs fine, but fails to startup due to heap allocation error. Log attached. Assigning to Aleksiej.
