pnpinit.c:319 IopOpenRegistryKeyEx() failied with status C0000034

That is bootcd-60511-dbgwin image written on a CD.
Booted on a P4 Netvista computer with 512 Mb ram.
It been a long while I did not tested ReactOS and I don't remember if it was working before.
While booting I got a message I should probably not continue because one of the HD partition table was not compatible with setup... I continued anyway... I have 2 HD apparently (was not remembering but I believe setup).
Error message is:
