Firefox cannot start up after reboot

    Description

      Installing Firefox 19.0 correctly, however after a reboot the Firefox.ink and Firefox.exe in Program Files, refuse to pop up an error nor the application itself, it shows as a process in the TaskManager, however it is not shown in the GUI/Taskbar, older versions such as 3.6 or 12.0 work, however, as well as Opera 12.
