Add nfs client support and pave way for Vagrant

    Description

      Suggested improvement to ReactOS: nfs client.

      Part of the basic requirements for Vagrant [1] containers is support for nfs. (ssh is another requirement) Vagrant-support could really make ReactOS take off.

      There are open implementations of NFS Client for Windows (GPLv3). There are [2] and [3] with source code available.
