After installation of Intel GMA3100 graphics driver, ReactOS fails to boot

    Description

      When you install latest driver for Intel GMA3100 integrated graphics, installation finishes successfully, after reboot ReactOS receives BSOD with error 0x0000001E. In "Debug" mode boot up procedure freezes w/o any error messages after native driver was installed.
