Outside hyperlink don't have working titles, e.g. in http://static.54.22.63.178.clients.your-server.de/wiki/doku.php?id=convertstura_tools (http://prntscr.com/e5pux)

Inter-wiki hyperlinks don't work at all, e.g. in http://static.54.22.63.178.clients.your-server.de/wiki/doku.php?id=convertstura_win32k_handleentry (http://prntscr.com/e5pxk)

Some HTML entities are not converted, e.g. ™ in http://static.54.22.63.178.clients.your-server.de/wiki/doku.php?id=csrss.exe (http://prntscr.com/e5q40)

MediaWiki formatting does not always apply, e.g. in http://static.54.22.63.178.clients.your-server.de/wiki/doku.php?id=convertstura_win32k_threadinfo (in http://prntscr.com/e5rfb can be seen that source code seems right and the output is not)
