"Automatic" assigns bugs to Aleksey instead of Bug Zilla

CORE-/ROSTESTS-Bugs should be assigned to Bug Zilla (or equivalent) rather than Aleksey by default.
It's impossible to tell what Aleksey is actually planning on working on vs. what automatically got assigned to him. This also makes it impossible to search for "unassigned" bugs.
