New ReactOS Website: Try out/decide on live activity streams from Twitter and JIRA

    Description

      Our current website features live activity from our Twitter feed and JIRA activity stream in the footer of every page.
      While I'm not sure yet whether this is still desired and what's the best way to do it with Hugo, it should at least be tried out.
      It may also be decided to only include it on the front page and not in the footer of every page.
