PATCH - Correct SSVN when RosBE installation directory includes a space

SSVN (and probably other utilities) don't get along well with a RosBE installation directory that contains spaces. The STATUS and UPDATE commands are heavily affected in the CMD version, while the PS version fails on every attempt at running the shipped SVN client.

The attached patch corrects this:

• for both CMD and PS: use a variable for the quoted path to the SVN client
• for CMD: correct the FOR statements used to retrieve SVN revision numbers
